what should I be using

Deer pee or the Tarsal Gland? I dont' know if there is a difference but I have the Tarsal Gland and if its the wrong time of year to use it then I dont' wnat to use it.

depends on where you are and what you wanna shoot. if it is rut time (like here in NJ) use the tarsal IF your hunting for a buck. does and bucks alike will not be spooked by non-estrous doe pee. only bucks will be attracted to estrous scent however.

So the Tarsal is an estrous scent?

The rut is still going on but I think its KINDA dying down. I know every year during muzzle loader its at the peak and ML ended about 4 days ago. So what is Tinks 69 then? WHy wouldn' t I want to use that?
