Well, after 3 weeks of rifle season here in Texas. I saw my first deer. I guess the acorns have been falling for a while, so the deer didn' t need to move much for food. We thought the rut mught be starting since we had a cold snap, so I put out some Tink' s " End of the Trail" scent. After 20 minutes in the stand a nice 10 point came out 20 yards from me. I thought he would hear my heart jump out. He heard my safety click off, turned to look up at me in my tripod, and then kept heading for the scent wick. At 40 yards he got one in the heart. I only wish I had had my grandfathers 30-30 with me.

I am definately impressed with Tink' s.
