WI and MI U.P. action?
Went up north to finalize stands for gun season(WI). We had fresh snow and that made for fresh tracks, lots of them. We have never seen deer sign like this before. My dad' s stand has good sign by it but it looks like a freeway system by mine. Talked with a client who was bow hunting up there but not seeing very much. I didn' t want to ask where he hunted because I didn' t want him to ask me the same question. Anybody hunt the MI opener and what was going on there? Not real excited about the extended forecast for next Saturday but not much we can do about it.

We hunt in Central WI, there have been deer signs up the wazoo. lots of rubs, scrapes, crap, and sightings. My Dad took corn up to his stand last Fri, and there was a nice buck eating on it when he got there!
Our opener is this Sat. Hopefully I' ll be uploading some pics....
