I just got permission to hunt a big farm in OH. Was chatting with the owner about a friend that got a big buck and he asked if I hunt, said yes, and he said that I should come and hunt his farm. What's a girl to do, say no and be rude?! NO WAY!! Just had to be polite and say yes. Gawd, am I soooo pumped!! I can hunt in my home state and GA. Am I one lucky fool or what!!?

Im glad to hear someone on here getting permission to hunt.It is usually the other way around.Treat the owner and the land with respect and you should have a place to hunt for a long time.Good Luck.

I was chatting with a guy the other day(He has a big 8,000 acre farm)and he told me that he never lets anyone hunt his land cept for relatives. Then we got to talking about bowhunting, he told me to come out in august and find a spot id like to put my stand! Guess he doesnt like bullets flying around his land but is ok with arrows!

i have been hunting 2 small private tracts 70 and 100 acres for free since 1999. nov 2001 a family friend of my wife and her uncle offered to let me hunt his 100 acre farm for free. I JUST WANT TO THANK GOD FOR EVERYTHING HE HAS DONE FOR ME!
