Scent control

I' ve washed all my gear in human scent controll laundry soap. What should I store it in to pack it up for my trip? Is a trash bag okay to use? I have heard of scent control bags, but have never seen one.

I would shy away from trash bags if possible. There are scents in/on them and just natural types of oils on them. From what I understand. I use a 40 gal tote that seals up nice to keep everything out. They work great plus then you can have all your stuff in one container.

Hunter Specialities makes a scent free bag called the Scent Safe that works well , I' ve used them for years . They can be found at most larger catalog websites , and occasionally Wally World . Besides protecting your gear from contamination they provide a great way to catagorize it in warm or cold varieties for more flexibility when the weather gets fickle . I have two of them set up this way with different outfits to suit the conditions .
