Default WY Whitetails

Been taking rides the last hour or so of daylight looking for game. Amazed how many nice bucks live in north central WY! Nothing huge, but more 120”-140” bucks than you can shake a stick at. Almost all on private property, but still fun to see.

It's certainly different than what we're used to seeing back east!

My first trip "out west" was to Colorado, Wyoming, Montana and the Dakota's. I was 11 years old and kept a notebook full of everything we saw. Tally marks for all the game I could count, etc. That worked until getting to Wyoming and starting to see antelope. Couldn't possibly count them.

I've loved that area ever since.
