Do you take a youth to hunt on Private or Public land?​

I think it comes down to what options you have and where ever you think the hunt will work out best, there are some great public lands out there as well as some that are over pressured. there is NO one size fits all
and without public lands, many folks wouldn;t have any place to hunt!
then again, some places like Texas, there are almost NO public lands to go on , so, again, comes down to where your at and what is in your area that you can work with or not!
its not a black and white deal! IMO

Depends what you have access to. Private land can certainly provide a "better" experience. But public land has some things going for it to.

I do most of my hunting on public land. I like to mostly hunt from my feet, and I need big acreage to do the type of hunting I enjoy. I don't have the $$$ to own big acreage. So I enjoy public lands around here.

But if I had access to big chunks of private land.....
