I think it would all come down to what the 180 acres looked like
as if all wooded and hilly,
as that's like 30 acres a guy, plenty of room for 6 guys, if land is right

but would sure be tight if most of the land is open field! , be even dangerous IMO if flat and open!

Yeah I agree but the OP indicated it was mostly open I believe. Either way though its a challenge for 6 people to get along on 180 acres even if the terrain makes it plausible.
