Hello my name is troy. I been trying to start hunting anything specially deers. But i dont k how, where to go pr Where to learn. Can anyone please tell me what i need, where to go or who to talk to ? thanks. Im from the northeast philadelphia

Have you taken the hunter safety course and received your license yet? If not, you need to do that. If so, I would contact your instructor - they are generally super helpful and knowledgeable.
