Thing is he asked to park on my land and cross me so he could place corn and big and j .He placed his corn in a couple of spots i think to keep the deer moving in one direction and have no reason to even come onto our location and thats why they suddenly just stopped .So now i'm in this mess i know this next year i plan on taking a stand and putting it one to the left and one to the right of his about 100 or 150 yards .If he is going to jack my spots like that then i will do him the same .i have lived here for 43 years started hunting when i was 12 and i never hunted the owner that doen't allow hunting and i won't .but this guy he wants the biggest bucks and he don't care how he gets them i feel.

I do not like to argue with hunters who have a gun in there hands. That said, the perp --- IMHO --- is engaging in unsportsmanlike conduct --- including trespassing. Best bet is to have the DNR police waiting for him when he gets back to his car; or having a brave officer who is willing to search for him out on your land.
Is your land properly posted with No Trespass signs and blue paint? --- Like it's required to do so, if you want a trespasser to be charged with trespassing here in Maryland.
