both are great calibers there is NO BEST between them
and as for second question I gather you mean BULLET and not BULIT (no bashing meant here either LOL)

there are endless options out there today, the bullet you use will and should come down to what game you are hunting, what range you expect MOST shots to be in and then, what one's actually shoot best in the rifle you have
just like NOT all Blue cars are the same , NO two rifles will always shoot the same bullet with the same accuracy
its trial and error when finding the load/bullet YOUR rifle likes best!
good news is there are very few BAD bullets made today and I mean BULLET heads, NOT loaded ammo
that is also a totaly different thing all together
but again, most ALL brand name HUNTING ammo in either caliber is a decent starting point
and there are even some top shelf load/bullet combo's out there today
just don't buy on pride alone, just cause something costs more doesn't again mean its best for your rifle!

I have shot a lot of deer with 270 130 grain Federal SPBT bullets and it will get the job done but so will 30-06 .For me it would be about recoil ,so now I shoot 7mm-08 ,love this round .

That would depend a lot on what you're using it for. I use a 270 for deer, antelope and black bear. If I was hunting grizzlies and had to choose between the 2, I'd choose a 30-06. Those grizzlies are just plain mean.

that particular debates been going on well before I was born and I'm 70 plus years old,
Ive used both and I don,t see much difference in performance with proper ammo matching the intended game
I do think the 150 grain 270 bullet is marginally superior to the 130 grain, but your experience may differ from mine.
most of the guys Ive hunted elk and deer with have used the 30/06 ,165 grain for deer and the 180-200 grain for elk,
but Ive seen easily a dozen plus elk killed with both the 270 and 30/06, over the last 50 years,
and the difference in how the elk react to a properly placed shot, is minimal at best.
Id suggest selecting the rifle you like best
one guy Ive hunted with for 30 years loves his 30/06 BLR

another guy has successfully used a ruger single shot 270 win, for even longer

Dropped a 6 point earlier this week with a .270 using 130 gr shells. At about 30 yards it dropped within 20 yds with a lung shot.

The versatility of the .30/06 makes it the better cartridge. Just plain old facts. Way more load options for .308 caliber cartridges than .277.

Yep, I don't know how this has been a discussion for so long. Nothing wrong with the .270. especially for deer. But the load options available for the 06 give it the edge.

I have .30-06s loaded from 130gr- 220gr right now ready to go.

the wife shoots a .270
