Default FL Buck

I got my second buck of the year on the 30th. Day before my birthday, so it was a nice gift! First one with a muzzleloader. He was roughly 80 yards and quartering. Shot wasn’t great but hit what it needed and turned his insides into a blood bath. Nothing special but it will eat. There is a nice 8 around but he’s pretty invisible and nocturnal. General Gun starts tomorrow so maybe these remaining does are ready to breed again.

That's a nice buck. Looks like a young buck too so should eat good.

Nice job with the muzzleloader.

Yeah I’d say probably 2-2.5. Usually about the average age that are harvested where I hunt. Not to many deer make it to 4 or 5 years old in St. Augustine, FL.
