Default Hadley Creek Outfitters - BUSTED

Sure thought this would have made one of threads by now. Seems 6,000 acres of prime deer country would be sufficient. But, you still feel compelled to break the rules.

Good to see justice being done.

I don't agree with any illegal activities with hunting but 6000 acres really isn't that big a place. I've hunted on private ranches that were over 100,000 acres.

Oh I could tell some stories about these people but I won't. I'll just say do your research when choosing an outfitter.

Wait a minute. There has been absolutely no justice done here. Remember that writing citations and even making arrests are merely allegations. Allegations must be proven in court. It is in the court that justice is done. Unfortunately, all too often officers hard work and dedication is trampled on by lawyers making plea deals with buttwipe state and district attorneys who are all to willing to make plead deals in order to obtain guilty pleas. In exchange they drop many charges and lessen the charges they want to stand. These buttwipes do this to maintain a high "batting average". High batting averages are real nice when you go to a private law firm.

Considering the tough fight the DNR has against CWD I think it is real important that there be no plea deals in this case! Those charged need to be hammered and hammered hard!

Sadly it is the DA who gets to decide on a plea bargain not the officers.

Understood. But, in Illinois it is a huge amount. Heck, 300 acres in prime whitetail habitat is a bunch. These certainly aren't 6,000 contiguous acres.

My point is..... with 6,000 acres in the "golden triangle" of whitetaildom you are set and do not need to violate to be successful.

Not when you are greedy, It doesn't matter is you have 40 acres or 10,000 acres if you book more hunting than you can accommodate.

Unless they have downsized considerably they have a lot more than 6,000 acres.

My respect to you, Uncle Matt.

You want what I do: that these chumps get stuck in a big time way.
