Newbie hunter, looks for tips for first successful season
#61

If it's your first season I highly recommend doing a lot of stalking. Even if you spend a lot of time in the stand and that's how you want to harvest, no problem, but nothing teaches you how the deer in you area move and think like simply walking around and tracking. The last thing you wanna do is set up a great stand with great gear all ready to go and then just spend days sitting there. But if you already know what you're doing and have a great spot, my recommendation is honestly good snacks that smell as little as possible and something to read.

Go peddle your poison somewhere else, you need a prison cell with a huge man who likes men for a cell mate!!
