New deer blind materal.
 

This old barn at a property I mow was torn down by a barn wood dealer. They left such a gawd awful mess, any wood that was not rough sawn was also left. all around is rutted up so bad I need to take my tractor and equipment to work it up and replant. I am now helping the owner sort thru any wood, which is a awful lot of good stuff.
I have brought home already a load big enough to build another deer blind and then some.


Love working with recycled stuff to build useful things.

The old barn looks to have been in pretty good shape. I suppose it was not needed there anymore. Too bad they can't recycle silos, that one looks decent too.

Ya the barn looked good from the out side. but the roof had leaked on a couple of the big beams which had rotted pretty bad in key spots.


Ya the silo is in pretty good shape yet.
