I ve hunted with my bow the last few years (psp)
Got a cross bow, new ten point titan extreme ,got 2 hogs already in a tree now freezing ,last time I used my Thompsons 50 call and harvested a big fat doe who woke me up , her and another doe were crunching frozen corn under my feeder

Bought it to rebarrel to .35 rem, but left it since our regs changed.
Still want a .35 Rem #1.
Proly just get a Rem 760.
Cleaned my glasses so now I see the large scope objective end.

Medium bores are fun. I use a 9.3x62 sometimes. You can "eat right up to the hole".

How is the 20ga for deer?
I have been considering it for a long time.

I'm still using my .243, but I want to hunt in a shotgun only county.

I grabbed my Browning A-bolt Hunter .243 with the Leupold 3x9x40mm Rifleman matt-black scope using 100 grain Hornady Custom Bullets and put down a nice Funky Racked 9-Point Buck....blew his heart in 1/2 and he dropped after running about 35 yards!
