so what did you reach for your last deer hunt
Okay, so the last time you were hunting deer, what did you grab for a weapon?
For me (virtually always): Savage 30-06, model 111, left hand.

Reached for something different than my buddies over the years
And one different than the 15 or more rifles they had successfully used for whitetail deer hunting.
That calmed by nerves when I figured on the next great deer rifle.
I knew there were too many for my budget. And the deer didn't know the difference.
