Apps to pass the slow time in the stand

What games or apps you guys download to play in the stand to keep you occupied? Apps that don't use data to play. And please, none of the people getting fired up about "you shouldn't have to play games to pass the time" well sorry to tell ya times are changing. I am a avid hunter through and through. It's just my land doesn't have a lot of action on a regular basis so it gets real boring.

This is what I tell people. Leave the phone in your pocket. You WILL miss deer passing while looking at your phone, a book, etc. THAT being said.... IF it helps you stay on stand LONGER, then go for it. I take a book for sits over four hours. I mostly still hunt anyway... but if I'm sitting a long time I take something to read... You can't kill them from the couch... If having a book, or phone helps keep you in the woods then do it. I've got a buddy that's on his phone constantly while hunting. I can set him in my best spots and he never sees anything.... I know why. So use it enough to keep you in the woods, but not so much that you lose focus of what you're there for.

As for APPS, the only game I play is trivia crack.

I'm just saying for the slow times of the day. The middle of the day is when I'd be using it. I sit all day and I'm not on my phone in the morning until about noon and then when it's about 3 I put the phone away. Just asking for apps for the slow period.

Because I've never seen a deer from 11-3:30

Angry birds

The game i play in the deer stand is angry birds. Yes its an old game but i find it fun. What i do is every time i launch a bird i look up and see if theirs deer, so in reality you are looking around quite a bit.

I prefer a book to read, but on my phone: trivia crack and crossword puzzles

I'd rather drop my book 15-20 feet than my phone :-)
