Live in Minnetonka. Our group hunts near Isabella.

The long range weather forecast looks almost hot, with highs in the mid to upper 50's for the weekend and not cooling down until Tuesday. We're going to bringing ice up with us for the body cavity. Looks like I won't need the parka this year.

Super excited here in Mpls....gonna take my daughter(12) out for her first deer hunt next weekend. She will be carrying her Great- Grandpa's old Ruger 44mag that I used to take my first deer. We're headed up to Aitkin county. We've got 3 kids to train in this year.....2 kids(12) are on their first hunt, one is her 2nd year(my niece- she's 14) and one other 15 yr old is gonna try to get his 2nd deer.....gotta love it when a kid walks into the cabin and asks "what, NO WIFI???" Hahaha!!
