Happy to read
As a reply to the Idea some one put forth about hunting with drones in the future, I hoped laws would be passed to outlaw their use.
Seems it is on the way in Michigan. Senate Bill 54, introduced by Sen. Tom Casperson, would prohibit the use of unmanned aerial vehicles commonly known as drones to harass or interfere with hunters, or to use submersible, remote-controlled vehicles to harass anglers. Senate Bill 55, introduced by Sen. Phil Pavlov, would make it a crime to use drones in the taking of game. I applauded these lawmakers who see no good to come of hunting with drones. :D Al |
CO outlawed them for hunting or harassing game as soon as they began selling them.

They are already illegal in PA without any legislation.

I agree the laws or initiatives are moving in positive direction. I do not see the advantage of harassing a hunter with a drone, it wouldn't last too long in my sights:fighting0007:

That's what this guy thought until he ended up in jail. The local news said the guys two teen age daughters were sun bathing by the pool when the neighbor hovered over them with his drone/camera. This article didn't give much details about the girls state of dress. Dad took care of it real quick. I think he did the right thing.
