I am thinking of purchasing some estorous deer scent. What is everyone out there using? I have been thinking of ordering it from a deer farm and getting it fresh. I have been told it should be in glass and kept cold.

I use to use tinks or haley caller(I think thats the name) but lately I' ve been using kiss scents, they all work well.

estrous would be a good choice for this time of year , get single animal urine with a recent collection date if possible . Also see if the farm offers rutting buck urine , preferably with tarsal . Scent drippers loaded with a mixture of both are deadly in the pre-rut . Storage is critical prior to use , refrigerate in dark brown glass bottles .

This year I' ll be trying synthetic scent for the first time , hopefully I' ll do as well as you . Good luck out there ! [8D]
