Hi my 2 boys and I are searching for a spot, (farmers field, next to an existing cabin, in the back 40) some place where we can pitch a tent from early September to early December for the long hunting season and late fall fishing.

Or the use of an existing rustic hunting cabin.

Somewhere near Raquette, Long Lake, Moose River Plains or Siamese Pond area.

We are not looking for anything free, we are willing to pay for the privilege of the use of the land or cabin. We are hoping for an arrangement like this to offer us some security for our belongings.

I searched clubs but don't see the one I am looking

They have family memberships open.

Did you look into a lease in the areas you want to hunt? Sometimes easier said than done but you never know.

Other than driving around and banging on property owners doors maybe you can run a wanted add in the local papers.
