Always have trouble finding motivation after 3 or more consecutive days of hunting to get out of bed by time. That first day though, I sleep with one eye closed and the other open looking at the clock. Just like Christmas Eve!
Usually by the third or fourth consecutive day, my hunting buddy elects not to hunt but I still do. It' s very tough getting out of bed when no one is depending upon you to meet them at such and such a time...but I always manage.

I wish I could " sleep in" until 4:45. I' m usually up between 4:00 and 4:30am depending on where I' m hunting so I have time for my de-scenting rituals! The hardest times for me to get up is when I take extended leave for 3 weeks for hunting exclusively. Day after day of getting up early can start to get harder and harder with the passage of time. Add in the factor of leaving my wife' s soft, warm body to go out into weather that is usually cold and may include wind and/or rain increases the difficulty
