To put it bluntly, I don' t know jack squat about deer hunting and don' t have anyone to show me first hand. But, I' m committed to learning. So does anyone know any really good beginner sites for deer hunting? Much appreciated. -Nathan

Nathan in my opinion you have come to the right site, you have at your disposal a wealth of knowledge right here. There is a lot of info to help you learn about deer and hunting them on the HuntingNet.com site, and some libraries actually have books on the subject also. Any questions you have people here will be more than happy to answer. You can also got to TR' s Tips forum, lots of good information there and TR also has an excellent site with tons of stuff on hunting, that and he has written books on the subject also.

I agree with Taz that you have came to a good place. Post all the questions you want. Also go back and run searches on any questions you have I am sure they have prob. been covered here before. Another good source of info is to contact your local hunter safety instructors ask them if they know of anyone who would like a hunting buddy. Most hunters love company.
