I have a couple places. One in a highly populated town. and 2 in a large town with dense woods. I have heard that in the town, there are a ton of deer. But i never seen any. I don't know if the highly populated area with limited woods is a good idea.

Honestly just go out and hunt! It took me 2 spots before I shot my first deer and then after that I moved spots again because the area was over hunted! You'll never know until you go out and hunt. im assuming you're hunting on the ground?

Do a search. There are TONS of threads just like yours that have been posted on this site. In fact, I think there was a recent one with the exact same title.

yes as dumb as it sounds. its easy to sit in a stand/blind. its tough to track them down and take what you want. lol. i am going to get a stand or six soon. but if you cant find the deer. its pointless to have a stand. lol
