Deer with their Mom's
 

Stupid question, but will small deer like button bucks still be running with their mom's during the rut? I would think not, however twice in the past three days I've watched a larger doe and a small button buck move through the area together. He's definitely not chasing her it really seems like shes his mom.

Oh yeah thats very normal. Ive seen 1.5 - 2 year old deer runnin around with their mommas.
