Talking Lucky For Me Made It Through Hunting Season!

Luckily for me, I was able to hobble through hunting season, but I knew it would only be a matter of time after that! I had to have a double Cervical Fusion surgery Tuesday. There's not even going to be any target shooting for a while & fishing the spawn will be shot too!
I'll be back in da woods by fall though!

Good luck with the surgery! Two years ago my father had some sort of neck transfusion and he wasn't able to do normal outdoor activities for something like 8 months.

Thanks Bsums! I had 2 Cervical Vertebrae fused together, C4 & C5, also C5 & C6. I was losing the use of my left arm. It is supposed to take 2-3 months of healing, then should be good to go by hunting season. I was sure I wouldn't be shooting rifles for a while, but I was thinking that I could work with my handguns some, but that will be out of the question too for a while! I'll be back, the deer won't be safe forever!

Thanks guys! It is all going pretty good so far. Wow, RWK, double hip replacement! Makes mine sound like a hang-nail. I hope things are going well with him!
