Check with your Wildlife officer.
In NC you can hunt out of the bed of a truck, you can't hunt from inside the cab where the steering wheel is located.
So check your states regulations.

True enough. I don't advocate hunting from a truck but a disabled or elderly hunter on their own property(or property they have permission on) is fine with me.

I'm sure if you are disabled, you can obtain a certain permit to hunt from your vehicle in WV. You can't do it legally in PA without a disability.

it's still VERY illegal. disabled wv hunters get a class Y stamp, it does ease restrictions a bit but you still have to be at least 25 yards from your vehicle, because of people spotlighting with their headlights. source: 2013/14 regs book... page 3, bottom left.

you could just get a $35 ground blind...
