good insulated boots and stick on toe warmers/hand warmers help a lot...dress in layers...

Yes Wilcam those foot or toe warmers that you can stick to your socks work wonders. I also stick the toe warmers inside each glove. It's amazing how warm you feel when your hands and feet stay warm.

when my dad would walk out his feet would always sweat and that would always make his feet cold. so about 2 years ago he started putting 2-3 pairs of socks inside his bibs and they would stay warm in there and throughout the day he would switch sock and by this his feet never get very cold at all unless he forgets extra socks.

Ive had to call it a day due to feet or hands being too cold...after I got some good boots and warmers I could stand being out longer! also good thermals to keep your legs warm help too. or even layers--thermals/pants/coveralls...anything to keep the wind out...
