Default Buck with a hernia?

Has anyone else ever seen something like this? I never have.

Amazing...could be a hernia, but at first glance --- I thought it was elephantitis balls --- due to my witness of a picture of a black African human male, that had to carry around his elephantitis testicles in a wheelbarrow.

Just to be clear, that buck was not taken in my region.

It's an SC buck, the pics were posted by a fellow NAHC member. He was also posting tcam pics of that buck on the hoof throughout the Fall. No doubt he'll also post the pics at D&DH, as well as other hunting sites.

Looks like infection from ripping scrotum while jumping a fence. Appears to be a wound of some sort there.
