Default Is my buck considered Typical or Non-Typical? Photos

Hey everyone, I'm new to the forum. I didn't come across an introduction section so I figured I would get right to it.

Just harvested an 11-Pointer last Friday morning and I am curious as to if he will be scored typical or non-typical. Its a 6 by 5. The right side is a typical 4 points with an extra kicker between G1 and G2. The left side resembles mule deer antlers with all the splits. Split browtine, split G2, and split G3 making 6 points on one side.

I will get it scored by a member of CBM once I get the head back from the butcher along with another 12-pointer I got that needs to get scored again for the dry score and record books.

Let me know what you think. I'm thinking non-typical??

Just my opinion here but I don't believe the buck will score 175. Its a nice buck don't get me wrong.

No, that post was in reference to my 12-pointer that I got. I tried to upload a photo of the 12-pointer but it keeps failing. Depending on how it is scored, I only expect this 11-pointer to score between 130-140. Not sure, haven't even thrown a tape measure on it myself, went straight to the butcher quick with the 11-pointer on friday because of the warm weather

A buck with any abnormal point that isnt symetrical can be scored as a non typical.but the thing is that boone and crockets min score for a typical is 170,the min score for a non typical is 195,a diffrence of 25 inches.if your buck is large enough to make book then it may matter but you will have to have enough non typical antler to make it worth while.a buck like that dont worry about net score whether its typical or not just go on gross score.

Non typical.

No where near the 170 mark but a super dang fine buck and I congratulate you on that.
