It was dark when we covered his buck this year so I just did it. Next one he shoots in the daylight, it's on him.

I wouldn't even worry about wasting meat either in this particular situation. I mean I would want him to try not to ruin meat but if he does its a very natural thing and its not really a waste as much as being used to learn.

To me screwing up some meat trying to learn is not wasting meat. Its a natural process.

Well, a couple hours after i wrote this i broke my pointer finger and middle finger moving some farm equipment. Shot a doe Saturday night and my dad gutted it for me. haha I guess he aint so bad after all.
