Doe bleat or buck grunt ?
This year I'am going to use a lot of doe in estrus pee,now if a buck isn't coming in to the lure should I use the grunt or the doe in estrus bleat I went out and got the Primos Up Roar I have never called any thing in before during hunting season(Rut). What I have been thinking is that if a bucks with or sees a doe he will respond to a buck grunt to challenge, but if he don't see the doe or just smells it buck will respond to doe in estrus call. also what if its a younger deer like a

I usually limit my calling until the deer get more active, and from late pre-rut through the rest of our seasons here in Indiana. I have had some success using a Primos "estrous bleat can". Sometimes followed by a light, short grunt (not a bawl) This has worked for me when calling deer in "blind". I will do this quick call secession only about once every 40-50 minutes max. I have called many a deer in early season. Both buck & does. Some people's opinions may vary, But I have success using this technique in the past. They keys is, is not to overall! Hope this helps!

Thanks I will try not to over call, and let pre-rut set in.
