Tonight's Recipe
We enjoyed four small chops and a round steak divided between us.
The steaks thawed in the fridge over night. This morning I mixed: 1/2 tsp. of garlic 1/2 tsp. of powder mustard 1/2 tsp. of oregano leaves After mixing the powder I added: 1 tbsp. lemon juice. 1 tbsp. Worchester sauce 2 tbsp. olive oil 3 tbsp. white wine. I let the venison marinate all day the threw them on the BBQ. :party0005: What recipe do you have to share? |

Marinate with Balsomic Vinegar and then just before you grill add some Montreal seasoning. Trick is to cut the chops 2 in. thick. Seer both side for about 5 minutes.

My favorite simple marinade for steaks....zesty Italian dressing over night.
