vanilla extract any advice
 

ice heard so many people tlk about vanilla ext. as a good attractant. does it work and if it does how would i go about to use it to my advantage. anything i could mix it in with? and any other thoughts about it i would appreciate greatly. thanx

vanilla extract attracts deer because it smells like white oak acorns . It mostly attracts does and younger bucks , but can sometimes draw older bucks after the rut . I use it diluted 50/50 with spring water(no chlorine) in a small trigger spray bottle to spray my pop-up blind , and an occasional spritz into the air or on surrounding vegetation . Does like it , bucks follow does . Mixing it with some persimmon pulp can make a deadly lure , mix the night before then thoroughly strain before using the next day .
