I am going to go on a guided hunt next year in Ohio does anybody have any suggestions.. This my first time hunting out of state..

Any suggestions as to what? If' you do your homework and contact a number of successful and unsuccessful people who have hunted with an outfit before you commit to a hunt with them, then you cross your fingers and hope that things work out weatherwise, etc. for a good hunt.

Any suggestions on what outfitter and what time of the year to go.I was thinking of going up there the first week of the season.That is when they are the most predictable..
