Looking for advice on buying a hunting camp
 

Hello,

I hope it's alright to ask this here since it is a hunting camp I am thinking about buying and I would like the advice of hunting camp owners.

Anyway, I live in VT. My wife and I are thinking about either northern VT or northern NH. My main question is about renting the camp out to snowmachiners, etc. Does anyone here have any experience renting their camp out to people? If so have you had any bad experiences? Do you use a rental agent or a local person to check on the place when people leave? Do you require a security deposit?

Any advice that would help us with this decision would be appreciated.
