Posting this for superglide. Nice rub found on a good sized tree.

almost looks like claw marks, be cool to have a game cam near by to see whats going on. make a mock scrape and set a cam up and see what happens

I see that now to. I believe this is near central IN so i guess it could possibly be a bobcat.

Well.. It wasn't too far off the ground. I gotta get a new camera! I
Seen a bobcat for the first time ever last year just outside of Rochester...
So I guess it's possible! I would love to get that on a camera!!

that looks like a bear. Some of those look like they go too far up the tree. If thats a bobcat hes not a baby. Id carry a damn shotgun loaded with buckshot with me along with my rifle. I wouldnt want to run into what ever made that an hour before daylight on my way to a stand.

I am going to say the highest part of the damage is stomach to chest high. Am I close. I don't think that's a deer uf it is its one nasty son of a bitch.

I think it's one of those non exsistant black panthers.

It didn't go up that high. I would have to say
No higher than belly high... 5'10
