I live in Southern Maryland, and with Hurricane Sandy bearing down on the East Coast how will this affect the rest of my hunting season? Early muzzleloader season ended Saturday and since I don't hunt bow, I can't hunt again for 3-weeks when firearms season open

I am here on the eastern shore and I think that there wont be an issue. I am looking forward to the end of week , the deer will be moving they are all ready starting to chase and fight so this will only magnify if they have to hole up for a few days. The worse thing this storm could do to my hunting area is blow down my stands and especially my box stand for rifle season. good luck

As far as hunting goes i think its gonne be great at least here in Va, cold weather shold get the rut going , rain and wind blowing leaves off the tress, gonna help out a lot!! Will make Bow hunting suck this week, but IMO will be perfect for opening day of muzzleloader season which is Saturday!!
