Florida whitetails need help!

Im hunting new property that hasnt been hunted in 5 years im 16 years old.....i scouted a little bit seen some buck tracks set up on a little corridor road the splits two swamps and goes to a field with grass and some weeds and what not and one side has a bunch of oaks with a few acorns i set up on the corridor where all the trails come into the field from he suspected bedding area(thick nasty swamp) my first day (i was in the stand from daylight) a doe came out at 3:00 like the hottest part of the day she looked old so i killed her with my bow when we got her back she had no teeth and was deffinatly about 5 6 years old.....so anyways i have yet to see any bucks but i see tracks its usually about 80 degrees out side and ive hunted three days in a row all day long havent seen any bucks? do yall think that mabey cause of the heat the bucks are bedded till dark or what the issue here and how can i correct it to smack a early season buck?

I'm not sure of the weather patterns the deer follow in Florida, but in these parts the deer are pretty predictable in regards to the weather.
Have you looked into a couple trail cams? Thats where i would start. some decent quality cams can be had for under a 100.00 bucks, and are well worth the investment when it comes to scouting.
