Default Stinking boots

How do you guys keep the inside of your boots from smelling? It's hot here in Florida and my feet definitely sweat but I can't put normal powder in the boots because they have smells. What do you guys recommend for killing the odor without smelling like baby powder?

I wouldn't worry about it... If a deer gets down wind of you, or walks anywhere you walked in the last few days, he is going to smell you regardless of what you do... You can't fool a deers nose.

I sweat a lot as well and try to make sure my boots are dry on the inside before I wear them again. Baking soda and/or charcoal might take out the smell.

Does the baking soda help keep your feet dry too?

I spray the inside and outside of my boots with scent killer...

Also, leaving out in the hot sun helps...

Brew a big pot of tea.
Pour the tea in a gallon jug, like a milk jug.
Then take a wash rag, pour it on, then wipe your feet off real good.
Wash them so to speak.
The tea will help with the sweating, and odor.

Good Luck.
