Default My 150 class from last year!!

I have not posted here in a while, but im glad to be back! Id like to share my best ever buck that I killed last year. My biggest before this deer was a 145 7/8 that I killed in 2007 in GA. I never thought I would ever kill a mid 150 class deer, let alone do it in GA where I live. I thought I would have to go out of state to accomplish such a feat.

Their is an amazing story to this buck, but its long so ill just post the pics. I have some trail cam pics as well that I will post.

Excellent deer! Love the dark chocolate antlers.

But I got to thinking... Where is the 150" at? I just finished reading about the Boone and Crockett scoring, and how people dislike the net score, etc. I'm assuming you are talking about the net when you say 150....

I shot a 4x4 that was 20.5 " wide, and had 12" g2s and 9" g3s and he BARELY made 140 after deductions.

I just wish we could get a standard on reporting the size of these racks....because a 150 net buck is BIG buck.

Not starting anything,...just more thinking out loud. Awesome buck regardless.

Ps, The Boone and cricket convo I was reading was on these forums, just for reference. People were talking about their trophies that gross in the 160s, but their true score was mid 130s....

Gotta say, that's an awesome trophy. Can't beat a pretty rack like that one.

Who cares about B & C anyways. The club's gone down hill lately. Great 150's 130's what ever it is.
