Is there a site where you can take a hunters education online. Each year my wife wants to hunt but each year she fails to take the hunters ed coarse.[:@]

I don' t know about Arkansas but in Kentucky you are required to take a 10 hour course. Although, now you can go to your local library and check out a 6 hour video which will account for your classroom training. Then you are required to go to a firing range for 4 hours. You might want to check out Arkansas' Game & Fish website (www.agfc.state.ar.us/) to see what your requirements are!

I looked on the AR' s Game & Fish website and there is a self-study CD-Rom. Go to the website I listed above and look under EDUCATION. Then HUNTER EDUCATION. E-mail them and they will send you the CD-Rom.

I already ordered that cd, it' s just that the testing site is over an hour away on a Tuesday night. We work all day, come home and do the kid thing (cub scouts, baseball, basketball, etc..) I was kinda looking for a place to take the test online.

In Texas you can test out of the classroom portion of the test online, but you still have to go to the class one evening to do the hands-on portion and take the final.
