HuntingNet.com Forums - New to the site from South-Africa

I worked in the US for 3 years and was amazed how pasionate you guys are over hunting. I worked for a guy in Brownell Kansas, yes the sunflower state!!! Hunters came from far to shoot pheasants. It is quite different to hunt in South-Africa. We dont have any quota's to shoot a day, luckely hunters use there common sens well not to shoot more than needed. SA (South-Africa) have realy large veriaty of species to hunt. Hunting season almost over and we have luckely got 1 impala, 2 blesbok and kudu (tipe of buck) the passing weekend. The farm is ontop of a mountain with rough terrain and it was a workout to get the buck's on the pickup!!!! What a gr8 experiance!!!! Hunting season is around the corner for you guys, hope the rifles and bows are in good shape to nail that big one!!!!

South-Africa is 8 hours earlier than the US, depending of timezone, I will probably chat tommorow again.
