A buddy of mine's wife killed he first deer a couple days ago and it happened to be a decent buck. It was a 16 inch 9 point. You cant see the 9th point but its a small sticker coming off the base. She was so excited. I told him that he may not get to hunt now because she will be wanting to do all the hunting. Always nice to have a new hunter share in what we all love so much!!!!!!!!!!:biggrin::happy0001: |

I'm also a new lady hunter, and taking my first deer (not nearly as impressive as hers, hehe) was definitely a thrill. I'm completely hooked now. It's fun seeing the gals getting out there! |
Congratulations to her. My fiance went hunting for the first time this year. First day I took her out she shot a 5x6 mule deer. Double lung at 180 yards. I was as excited as she was.
