I'm doing some scouting now, and with the FL. weather I'm getting ready to plant. While I'm scouting I'll be looking for sheds. I guess you can say I'm getting ready for next year.
The plus side is the weather is great for a walk in the woods.

Bowhunting deer is a life.
I hunt when season is open, I work on my land improvements, scout, look into new areas, plan and with my longbow, I try to shoot every other day at least.
It never ends, and I love it. The fish thank me too.

It is an all year deal, I have a few time s of the year that I can not do as much as I would like but we are out and about all year. I am just getting in to coyote hunting so I will be over in the woods doing that and I can look for sheds then.

Season is not over yet, but we are continually working on improving our leases. Next year we are dropping one 260 acre lease and have 3 totaling about 1300 acres we hope to pick up. Soon as they are signed up the dozier will come out.

Well I have done some scouting for next year already and will continue to do so, in a couple of months paln on finding some places to lease, of course will have to do some quick scouting to make sure it is worth what they are asking. Hunting with me is a year round deal.

Already planning for 2003. I already know what licenses I'll draw in Colorado this year and know I will hunt a few other states with over the counter licenses every year. I know next year I won't draw these licenses again for Colorado so already got to start thinking where I can go that I'll be able to draw with zero points. Several areas to think about, time to do some more research and scouting. Its pretty much an on going thing.
