Of your 3 choices I would go with the 220 with the Accutip slugs. Dropped a 8 pointer at 105 yards with my USH 20ga this fall with that load. I owned the 1894 and the 77/44 and didn't care for the the accuracy of either one. If money is no object the RRA 's .458 SOCOM is very accurate and the 358 wildcats are good options if you handload.

In 2012, the max allowable case length will be 1.8".
I have a Savage Model 10 in 308. Getting it rebarreled to a 1.8" wildcat called 358 Hoosier. Cases are formed from 358 Winchester brass. It will shoot a 200 gr bullet at about 2500 or so, just about the same as the 358 Win. No modifications other than a barrel swap are needed, so if I ever want to swith the gun back to 308 I can. This option makes the most sense for me.
As stated earlier, the Indiana-legal WSSM wildcats are getting real high powered rifle performance, but you need a WSSM chambered gun to start with as a donor.
