Code blue in Iowa

Going to Iowa on Friday for the opener of gun season. I was wondering if I should bring any Code Blue or other attractents. I know the rut is over but has anyone tried it this ime of yr in Iowa?

The only thing I would use is scent killer spray.....Best of luck !!

I know I'm just going to sit in my timber because all the deer are going to be stirred up with the pushers in the other properties

The ruts pretty much over here.I did see a buck trying to breed a doe 2 days ago.Attractants wont hurt anything, but they probably arent gonna produce much results either once the gun hunters stat chasing things around.

the rut is on in Kansas, buddy shot a buck this am that had a doe pinned down with 3 other bucks. It may still be on in Iowa, it wouldn't hurt to try scents.

If you have enough time to get a dripper running, long enough, you could connect via that as well.
Hang a camera near it to see who/when.

my first priority would be complete scent control then after that, why not use some code blue or special golden estrus or tinks. cant hurt really
