Leaving early tomorrow morning to drive out. Going to McDonough county for the 2nd shotgun season. Can't wait!

It was a good hunt and I was fortunate to be successful. I took this 5 1/2 year old buck on the 2nd day of the 2nd Shotgun season. He dressed out at 160lb, had 14 scoreable points, and grossed 152 1/8". My largest whitetail to date!

Nice buck Rob, congrats. From VT as well and have been hunting west central IL since 1999. Where in IL are you?
