There is no way that I would be able to just sit at home knowing that the bucks are running all day from about now until rifle season starts here in Wisconsin.

My last 5 bucks have all been taken mid morning/early afternoon, 10:30-1:30.
All taken between Oct 12th and Nov 22nd.
My hunting spots the does move early, the bucks later.

If there was a big bright moon out the night before, I won't go to the stand before 8:30 anyway...But I would go when I can..

I am quickly becoming a fan of getting out just after sunrise because I hate getting set up in the dark. If you must use a light to see what your doing why not wait till you have light? If you can get out later then go,as has been said a large number of us have killed most if not all our deer later in the morning or early afternoon or evening. The ones I have killed have been at 8:45,10:15 and 5:30 in the evening there or abouts. Last night it would have happened at 6:15 or so if the Doe had been bigger.
